I do not know about you, but I am a social shopper. I love to shop with my mom or sister or friends. They help me make good decisions and sometimes even give me a little peer pressure to splurge and buy something fun that I might not buy if I were alone.
The experience is a little different when I am online. I almost always do my online shopping alone. I read an article recently: Shop (online) till you drop, with a list of great Social Shopping Sites. Perhaps I do not have to be alone anymore! Here is the list.

Maybe if Dell employees spent less time blogging and more time assessing the quality of their call centers, I would not be posting complaints about Dell on these blogs. After spending four hours in on hold hell just to get a magic number to put on my box to ship it back to dell because they messed my order up and couldn’t fix it by sending a missing part, I can tell you that any blog by a dell employee is one written while that employee was ignoring customers. I’d love the chance to chat about how to resolve my situation.

John, thanks for responding. On Friday, I ended up on a three-way call in which Dell sales was trying to convince Dell customer care that I was correct. You know, I’d love the chance to chat about this/trade e-mails about what really seems to me to be an unreasonable customer experience.
