I have been buying Dell computers for over 15 years now. 6 of the 8 I have purchased are still working and being used. Unfortunately one is the 2000 dollar paperweight I bought 10 months ago. Dell customer service which used to be the benchmark is now a shining example of failure. I would not recommend buying a Dell computer until these issues are resolved

Funny buying a computer and you are worried if it will work. Do not purchase an XPS system it fails …misserbly ad Dell does not stand behind the product. I have a six month old XPS system with every warrenty in the book on it…..Do you research before buying and do not fall for Dell.
